I have over a decade of experience in teaching. Through study and experience I have become an expert in education in alternative settings. My teaching experience ranges from a tiny rural high school with no permanent buildings to behind bars as a correctional educator. I also have taught in an inner city middle school and a suburban alternative school's night school. I have tutored students, worked with home school students and my Master's thesis was about online education.
While I have taught a multitude of subjects over the years, I have a love for teaching Language Arts. Novel Lessons will focus on literature. I will also post free lessons about writing. As time progresses, I also envision providing insights to teaching in alternative settings in time.
